Late Shri Nathu Ram Sharma
In 1975, Late Shri Nathu Ram Sharma established Sangam Refractories because he possessed technical education, worked in manufacturing for many years and intended to provide high standard goods. Before he started the company, he performed tasks at various organizations where he observed how engineers design parts and how managers supervise factories.
With those skills, he planned to create a company that produces heat resistant materials for furnaces that operate under extreme conditions. The business started as a small project but it grew over time because he maintained the same quality levels, applied his knowledge of physics plus communicated often with regular clients.
His training as an engineer dictated how Sangam Refractories manufactures items and how the staff responds to what buyers need. He maintained the belief that a company expands when the employees perform tasks precisely and refine their methods every day.

Late Shri Prem Rattan Sharma
Following the principles laid down by his father, Late Shri Prem Rattan Sharma helped to take Sangam Refractories to its next stage of growth, along with his brothers. He worked towards enhancing the capabilities of the family's existing assets and took the enterprise to a new level of development.
Drawing inspiration from the foundations laid down in 1975, the family concentrated on broadening their platform, developing their product quality, strengthening their core strengths and adhering to the standards of trust and consistence that formed the bedrock of the organization from its very inception. His contribution was a part of a collective effort by the family to grow the business and uphold the values upon which Sangam Refractories was built.
His contribution to the company continues to be integrated into the deep-rooted values of "dedication, quality, dependability and long-term growth".
